w: Hey, did you get my text message? I asked if you wanted to see a movie with me.
M: What?  When did you send it?
W: About an hour ago.  I text messaged you because you didn't answer

    your phone.
M: My phone must be on the fritz. I haven’t received your message or your phone call.

 

W: 야, 너 내 문자 메시지 받았어? 나랑 같이 영화 보러 가겠냐고 문자 보냈었는데.
M: 뭐라고? 언제 보냈는데?
W: 한 시간 정도 전에. 네가 전화를 안 받아서 문자로 보냈지.
M: 내 전화기 고장 났나 보다. 난 네 메시지고 전화고 아무것도 못 받았어.

 

* Are you up for a movie? (너 영화 보러 갈래?)

 

* Now that’s strange, I never received your message.
 그것 참 이상하다. 나 네 메시지 한 번도 못 받았거든.
